Joe’s Negroni

If you know Joe, he likes to tinker, so it wasn’t much of a surprise when he came up with a Negroni formula all his own. The secret here is the Rosenbitters, a spirit that reads less cloying than Campari. In addition, a Botanist gin preference and a 2:1 ratio of gin to Rosenbitters make this a lighter, brighter take. Add a twist of orange and pour it in a fancy glass – we just bought these and love them. Cheers!
