Go big.

How they’re made

Two barrels, hand bottled.

Small, precise, focused lots have always been the hallmark of how we make wine. Each vintage, Griffin and Joe hand-pick a single standout barrel and bottle it in large format — a time capsule of the year, and the truest expression of the vineyards we work with.

At last year’s party you tasted two contenders and voted. The race was close enough that this year we bottled both.

Large Format · No. 1

Conner Lee Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

2024 Single Barrel · 100% new Taransaud French oak · 6L / 3L / 1.5L

From one of Washington’s most recognized vineyards — fruit we chased for years. These vines are farmed to perfection, and this single barrel was simply different: a powerful yet elegant example of Washington Cabernet worthy of standing on its own.

Dark fruit and chocolate lead, with herbal and leather undertones, a balanced earthiness, and hints of cedar. Opulent, but unmistakably Alton — a silky entry, juicy mid-palate, and focused, vibrant energy.

Large Format · No. 2

Olsen Vineyard Mourvèdre

2024 Single Barrel · fan-trained block planted for us in 2021 · 6L / 3L / 1.5L

Leif Olsen — the first farmer to sell us fruit — planted this fan-trained block just for us: smaller berries, smaller clusters, more concentrated flavor. Rested in a once-used Seguin Moreau barrel for a touch of richness. A little more concentrated than our standard Mourvèdre, and absolutely delicious.

Brambly black cherry and candied fruit meet thyme, pepper, and a savory, hoisin-like salinity. A plush entry gathers depth into a lingering finish that begs for a second sip.

Your bottle is your ticket

The best party we throw all year.

Every large format comes with two complimentary tickets to the Harvest Party. In the middle of harvest, we open the cellar for a casual celebration with fancy food and drinks, and a special culinary guest (and friend), Chef Maximilian Petty of Woodinville’s acclaimed Somm. It’s where you’ll pick up your bottles, by hand, straight from us. We don’t sell tickets separately — the bottle is the invitation.
