Entertaining friends was a gateway drug into wine for us. We built the tasting room to pour wine, sure, but it was also a chance for us to build our dream entertaining space – somewhere to throw parties, fire up the grills on summer nights, set gorgeous tables for al fresco dinners, and curate special events for you, our Annual Share members. The summer event series is a chance to slow down, raise a glass and let us entertain you.

For the 2026 season, each member will be allowed to purchase 2 tickets per event (member + 1 guest). Any groups of club members looking to attend a dinner together please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to get you all into the same event.

Alton Annual Share Spring Pickup – Alton & Hattaways @ No Boat Brewing Company

We look forward to starting the season off with this road trip every year. What started as an experiment in 2021 has quickly become a favorite gathering. As many of you have asked us, yes, we will be bringing Richard and Lindsay Hattaway as an extended part of the Alton crew for the weekend. We’re already working on pairings for the new spring lineup to nosh on, and of course, a collab beer with David to kickoff your spring with something fun in the beer department, too!

Tickets: $35 includes extended tasting of our spring lineup, 4 paired snacks to enjoy, and a 4oz pour of our collab beer. When you purchase tickets, we will automatically change your shipment to pickup in Walla Walla. Do not worry, we will have it ready to go for you at No Boat.

Griffin and Joe are not only great partners in the cellar, they also love a good excuse to fire up the eggs and cook together. This year’s will serve as a kickoff to WW spring release weekend, we will have spring wines open and allocations ready for you, along with a series of fun snacks, created by our winemaking team, to enjoy.

Please arrive anytime, this is an open house style event.

Tickets: $35 includes an extended tasting of the Spring lineup, 3-4 hearty snacks, with glass pours available too.

CHEF SPOTLIGHT: Mike Easton of Bar Bacetto

Many of us have come to love Bar Bacetto, tucked in Waitsburg, for its transportive experience. Most nights there you feel like you could be in a small town in Italy. The bold flavors and seafood forward cuisine of Spain however, happen to be chef’s favorite to create. Couple this with a love of open fire and a chef spotlight like no other started to take shape. Join us for an evening with Bar Bacetto proprietors Mike and Erin Easton as we create an experience we hope to be equally as romantic and transportive as visiting them on their home turf.

I have been following the buzz around Atoma since they splashed onto the scene in 2024. An almost immediate James Beard finalist nomination followed for Best New Restaurant and they had a hit on their hands. A dynamic duo, Chef Johnny Courtney and his wife Sarah opened in a craftsman house in Wallingford with a focus on making their food elevated but approachable (he is an alum of Canlis) and making the environment and hospitality feel like they were cooking for you at home. The ethos of our two brands share many common threads, making this collab even more special to us.

I got to visit for dinner on a recent Seattle trip and was enamored with the delicious unique menu, and the warm but comfortable feeling of the hospitality and setting. Expect an over-the-fire version of Atoma’s signature flavor combinations and an evening full of energy and fun.

CHEF SPOTLIGHT: Richard Hattaway of Hattaway’s on Alder

I don’t know what it is lately, but we’re all drinking a lot more white wine. And with that, naturally, comes more seafood, especially in peak summer. In recent years, many of the themes you’ve seen us pair up with Richard and Lindsay for were incubated when we all cooked together at home and something just hit. This year’s collab will be a white wine and seafood extravaganza that might make you think you’re having a preppy americana east coast summer complete with labstah rolls, if we know Richard, some kind of crab, and allllll the white wines to choose from. Yes, yes, we will have red for you too.

Tickets: $150 per person (limit 2 per Annual Share member).

CHEF SPOTLIGHT: Kevin O’Connor

Friday September 11th and Saturday September 12th 2026

Kevin has a special place in our hearts, back in 2022 he was the first out of state chef to say “yes” to the trip up to Walla Walla, just from a DM and a phone call. What originally drew me to him was a line in his bio that said “I prefer an open fire to a traditional kitchen, cooking from the heart with a deep respect for seasonal ingredients.” Perfect, because that’s all we have! But seriously, his ethos overall as a chef but also a creator, a nomad but also a clever entrepreneur creates an energy that is so fun to be around, as a host or as a guest. We’ve kept in touch since 2022, meeting up in Maui last year, and generally following each other’s career moves and wins from afar. Kevin has kept busy cooking in Napa, in Maui, and a plethora of other interesting places. He has also launched his own olive oil brand, Alta, which is fantastic.

We’re thrilled to welcome him back this September for a fall release celebration spanning two nights. Expect a menu full of indulgence and surprise, on brand for Kevin, and a great chance to fill the table with our new Bordeaux lineup.

REMINDER: This event is for 12 Bottle members who purchase large formats in 2026.

We’re excited to evolve this event to be even better this year. We will have more bites for you to nosh on in the same walkabout format, and more pours as well, so you can imbibe at your leisure. We’re thrilled to welcome Max back when he’s not in the 11th hour of opening a huge restaurant like he was last year (if you haven’t checked out The Somm, it’s fantastic). We will also be excited to host some special guests this year who know a LOT about the wines we’re offering in large format, and of course have a great time with all of you at peak harvest time!
This will remain an afternoon affair, so those looking to make an afternoon of this and follow with dinner later in the evening should be good to go.

Tickets: Complimentary with Single Barrel Large Format purchase in 2026 (limit 2 per Annual Share member).

Tickets include a taste of the current Large Format release, sample of the next years Single Barrel wine, pours from our favorite wines of the year, and snacks.
